Starting to come to a decision as to what sort of decoration would be needed for the front cover of the book including splashpage deco that will be foil blocked.
Personally I think I would prefer the border design to have an entirely hand drawn feel to it, with only minor corrections made digitally, to keep it in visual check with the map and the rest of the brief. I will be vectoring it but that will be purely because I want it to be able to scale up and work across a range of products in the brief.
