Finally getting to a close for the map design, I will be printing on canvas/hand made paper which I will be screen printing on thursday. A1 size, with foil blocking for the compass in the bottom left corner. Now I am not sure whether or not to wap it in photo shop and burn in the edges to make it look old and whatnot. Although I am pretty shit in photoshop I will probably just put a load of textures on it and see what becomes of it instead.
Very happy with the compass design, so now all I have to do is make the splashpages for the chapters in the pocket guide to the empire and then get a quote from Satchers.
Of course I will have to double check the content of 2920, and decide if I will have a contents page or not, but due to the journalistic nature of the book, probably not.
I will however, be starting the Morag Tong deathnote and dagger design today to be sent off by the end of the week for production and all that jazz. Oh and not to mention the box I will need to store everything in as stated in previous posts.
