The renaming of the magazine came about from a mini crit I had with Rob, Ando and Paul. They said that Ruddy Pixel didnt quite sound like what I was aiming to achieve with the magazine. I agree in some respects as it is a recycled idea and I should be drafting more interesting and original concepts. So I drafted out a few ideas and messed around with some type to see what would look the most appropriate. I do think that the similarity of the last logo is too much like the gamesmaster and generic commercial gaming publications, but its what I am running with to see if it functions and get some helpful feedback.
